One of the high stoop of access that´s conserves the iron plowshare of excelent manufacture. At the back, the, San Cayetano de Valenciana temple.

Located in the northeastern part of the City of Guanajuato and very near La Valenciana mine, this temple portrays the splendor and wealth that the mining industry generated during the Colony. Its construction began in 1775 and today it is a historical monument. The adjoining convent dedicated to the Theatin order, who never did occupy it, is today inhabited by the Faculty of Philosophy and Arts of the University of Guanajuato. This church was ransacked in multiple occasions, butit never really was permitted to run down. In its Barroque stone facade is the image of Saint Cayetano. The interior is even more impressive with its barroque altarpieces carved in gilded wood, with the images of Saint Cayetano, the Virgin, Saint Francis and Saint John Nepomucene, amongst others.
